The luxury apartments complex Zlatarsko is under construction in cooperation between the companies ADP-Smolyan Ltd - owner of the property and Midia Ltd - one of the biggest building companies in Bulgaria with more than 2000 workers.
The newly created company is called Zlatarsko Ltd.
The annual buildings production of Midia Ltd is around 200,000 m2.
The director of Zlatarsko Ltd and Midia Ltd is Mr. Dimitar Ianakiev
The director of ADP-Smolyan Ltd is Mr.Todor Mitov
The Company Midia Ltd was created10 years ago, and the company ADP-Smolyan Ltd was created 17 years ago.
The completion of complex Zlatarsko is expected to be in December 2006yr.The end term is 12.2007yr.
